Cornbread Salad

a team favorite

ingredients
  • 1 12 oz. package cornbread mix
  • ½ cup sweet pickle relish chunks
  • ½ cup sweet pickle juice
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
directions
  1. Cook cornbread as directed on package and cool
  2. Crumble cooled cornbread.
  3. Add all other ingredients.
  4. Stir lightly to combine

Serves 6 - 8
