Adam's Brussel Sprouts

with applewood smoked bacon

  • 1 lb brussel sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh pepper
  • 4 slices applewood smoked bacon, fried
  1. Make a boat with foil and add 1/2 cup water.
  2. Wrap brussel sprouts in foil and dot with butter, salt and pepper.
  3. Seal the foil and place on grill and cool for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
  4. Remove from foil and place in a serving dish.
  5. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top. Season to taste.

Serves 4-6
