Brisket Sliders

crowd pleaser for the whole team 

ingredients
  • 1 lb (4 to 6) beef brisket roast
  • 1 medium bottle chili sauce
  • 2 bay leaves, crumbled
  • 1 small onion, sliced thin
  • 1 medium jar grape jelly
directions
  1. Spread chili sauce and grape jelly over the roast in a crock pot.
  2. Add onions and bay leaves. Cook for 8 hours or until tender when pierced with a fork.

  5. Top with Provolone cheese. Serve warm.
