Andra's Avocado Tomato Salad

  • 2 large avocados, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 large red tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 purple onion, sliced and separated into rings
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glace vinegar, drizzled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Fresh ground coarse pepper
  1. Cut up avocado, tomatoes and onion and put in a bowl.
  2. Mix salt, pepper, lime juice, vinegar and oil together in a separate bowl.
  3. Drizzle over avocados, tomatoes and onions. Do not toss or stir.
  4. Chill before serving.
